At Mogoj we wanted to liberate our customers of IT overhead that slows down many of them, especially when they are small businesses or startups, and when they do not have the resources to invest in growing their own IT portfolio.
Traditional business systems require customers to pay for an upfront licensing fee, and then procure and manage infrastructure, plan for capacity ahead of time, and continuously manage the whole setup to tune for optimal cost and performance. This creates a barrier of entry to smaller players, who often resort to point solutions that are brittle and require many manual and ad-hoc processes to just make things work.
We provide Mogoj solution as a service. Customers simply sign up using our fully automated onboarding process, create their organization, and they are on their way to digitize their everyday transactions.
No matter what the size of organization is, or how heavy the usage, using Mogoj customers never have to worry about capacity planning. Upon signup, Mogoj creates a dedicated data store for the customer, exposes a set of core service API authenticated for the named users, and creates a user-friendly front-end that is served without using any dedicated server.
The result is a nimble application that is responsive, secured by using AWS SaaS multi-tenancy best practices, and that is only billed by the number of transactions that occur within a billing period. Of course the customers have the option to pay either by volume of usage, or enter into a contract of any time length as they feel comfortable.
Typical Mogoj customers sign up and start using the service for free. During this free trial period, Mogoj collects valuable patterns of usage and derives forward looking estimates using powerful Machine learning forecasting. This estimate is then used automatically suggests pricing contracts that would benefit the customers the most.
At any point in future if the volume of usage goes up or goes down, customers are free to simply move to appropriate tier of contract pricing, or simply come out of tiered pricing and pay by usage, if they choose to do so. No punitive lock-in and no commitment is required on their behalf.
In addition, customers do not have to pay for separate licensing fees for separate functionalities. Essentially we offer the software for free, and customers are free to use any or all functionalities that are available on Mogoj core platform. As we keep adding new modules, customers get benefitted from new functionalities without any further purchase or installation. This proves to be a game changer for our small and medium business customers.
